Esaias 6:5-10 Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts. This was what in Esaias mind he Consider himself a sinner what he said here I am a man of unclean lips and dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips…Yes, that’s a true fact we all are of unclean lips, from these lips we curse and from these lips we bless.from these lips we speak all kind of vulgarity, backbiting etc…and all of these things come from inside of us… that’s what Esaias thinking that he was dwelling in the midst of people of unclean lips…how he can go in front of god. With Isaiah, the dominant thought is that his lips have been defiled by past sins of articulation. How can he join in the praises of the seraphim with those lips from which have often come bitter and hasty words, and He finds no comfort in his thoughts that others are as bad as he is, that he “dwells in the midst of the people of unclean lips.there might be some hope, some light which influences from without perhaps working for his purification.
And he said I have seen the Lord of the host…Who he has seen who was there to purify him from his sin, That was Jesus who has the authority to forgive sins.
What Jesus said Matthew 9:6 But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (then saith he to the sick of the palsy,) Arise, take up thy bed, and go unto thine house. In the next verse we can see that a seraphim flew with having a live coal on his hand and he laid it upon Isaiah’s mouth and said this has touched your lips and all kind of inequities and sins are taken away …..what do we understand from this verse that seraphim touched a live coal for washing away all sins…in other words if we go and see the NT scriptures where Jesus on the last supper tells the same kind of thing if we read in John 6:53-54 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.
Jesus was offering his blood to cleansing our inequities and sins…and that he did, he poured his blood from the cross on to us and washed away all our iniquities, our sinful behavior, our sinful lips, our sinful tongue and sinful bodies. In Isiah, we see the law which was given to Moses by God if we read
Hebrews 9:19-20 For when Moses had spoken every precept to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and of goats, with water, and scarlet wool, and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book, and all the people, Saying This is the blood of the testament which God hath enjoined unto you.
Moses used the blood of calves and goats and sprinkled on people and the book….but Here whose blood sprinkled
On us the Chosen Lamb of God “ Jesus” yes Jesus blood sprinkled on us for all our iniquities and sins. Moses said that the blood which was of goat and calves for testament which is By God prohibit you from sins….it means the value of blood is so precious….and when God chose his only son to sacrifice for our sins she’d his blood is more powerful and more precious.
As God has decided on the day when Abraham was told to sacrifice his son Isaac, and God knows understands the value of the Only son ,it was God’s planning because he knew until his son is sacrificed and his blood would have been sprinkled on to people they will not come out of inequities and sinful behavior or darkness. And Jesus is the obedient Son of God and he happily accepted his father’s will, That’s why Jesus said in Matthew 26:28 “For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.”
And if we go forward to the next verse of Isaiah 6:8 “ Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.”
The Lord God said who will go, whom to be sent to clean the sins and inequities of the people. Here Isiah said Send me…If we See the New Testament who were appointed to send who was Obedient Jesus and God tells him “tell this person to hear it indeed but understand not”….same way when Jesus was speaking to people they hear the word of the God but they don’t understand it…Jesus was with them and he said in Mark 8:18 Having eyes, see ye not? and having ears, hear ye not? and do ye not remember?
Jesus was used to speaking in parables and to make them understand he said in Matthew 13:13-15 “Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not, and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.
14)And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:
15)For this people’s heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.
There is a difference between having ears and having “ears to hear.” Jesus told the parable of the sower and the seed. Why he gave this example if you read Mark 4:13– 20, Some hear the Word, yet they do not allow it to take root because the seduction of worldly pleasures and comfort overcomes them. Others end up rejecting the Word because of persecution or trials. Others hear the Word and open themselves to understand and accept it so that it transforms them. It is up to the hearer to decide whether to take the Word seriously and pursue understanding; only a few are willing.
If we read and understand what Jesus said in John 12:38-41 “That the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spake, Lord, who hath believed our report? and to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed? Therefore they could not believe, because that Esaias said again, He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them. These things said Esaias when he saw his glory, and spake of him.”
If we make our ears open to take the word of God seriously, then he gives us light and that light will start its Process in growing that seed…in John 12:35-36 “Then Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness comes upon you: for him that walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth. While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light.”
As Moses uses the Blood of Goats and calves for Deliverance for his people…you didn’t perform the atonement according to the Law.if we read( Leviticus-23:1-12)
Atonement according to the law of Moses nullifies it when we look onto the atonement of our sins through Jesus blood.
Sin and inequities ate like deadly disease and Jesus blood is an Antidote which not only kills those viruses which are creating infection in the body but purify us.blood of Christ is a new life regenerater.it clear all the waste degradation blockage of sinful thoughts and behavior..and releases a pleasant fragrance from the body which attracts others also
