This season’s America’s Got Talent surprises us with impressive new talents, like that of this very cute 5-year-old contestant, Sophie Fatu from Charleston, South Carolina. Needless to say, she’s obviously a Frank Sinatra fan. She sang “My Way” in the past, and she’s now ready to blow us away with another of her own rendition of Sinatra’s “New York, New York.” No wonder Simon likes her very much.
The judges had fun in asking her a question of what she would do if she won the one-million-dollar grand prize. You know what she said? She said that she didn’t care about the money. What she just wanted was to make people happy with her singing. Everyone was amazed at the purity and innocence of a very young girl such as Sophie. As expected, she delivered another A-1 performance, and everyone was wide-eyed in amazement.
I just can’t imagine how, as very young as she is, is able to put passion to her singing, not to mention the exceptional voice modulation that she effortlessly does. To me, that’s what you call ‘real talent.’ And I know that you’ll agree with me about that.
I’m sure we’ll get to see more of her feisty performances on America’s Got Talent. We just hope and pray that she stays in the competition and win the million-dollar prize.
