Heartbreaking Mom Post about Bullied Daughter Goes Viral: ‘Teach Your Sons Not to Hit Women!’

Bullying has been rampant in middle school and has been a significant factor in the rise in teen suicide. Parents felt regretful for not taking immediate action, sometimes blaming the school, too.

Aimee Johnson refused to be one of those helpless mothers who did not have a choice but to live with regret after losing their kid. In a social media message, The Louisburg native revealed to the world the successive bullying incidents her 9-year old daughter had experienced on the school bus.

Johnson claimed that the same three little boys perpetrated the crime and assaulted her daughter several times in four months.

“This is NOT ok! My daughter has been bullied on the bus since we moved to Louisburg, continuously by the same 3 little boys. This is the 3rd time physical violence has happened to her in 4 months. I’m done! This time her water bottle was taken from her and they hit her upside the head with it! Called her ‘ugly’ and ‘dumb,’ Aimee wrote

Aimee wrote that some school staff members had seen the footage and had promised to take action, but they never did.

“The first time I was told that the cameras were pulled and the act was seen by the bus department and the principal and that action by the principal would be taken.. never was! I was told by the child who did this to her it wasn’t.”

“Teach your sons not to hit women! Done!”

Aimee was passionate in her post and was intent on seeking justice for her daughter. She revealed her intention to contact local news channels. Her post got the attention that it deserved. The school authorities with the police’ intervention, held a meeting with her. During the meeting, she found inconsistencies in the Bus Director’s actions.

After seeing the video footage, the Bus Director revealed that he did not report it to the principal believing that Aimee would handle the situation.

“She lied to everyone in that room stating ‘I never told you I would report the incident to the principal’ and expected me to take care of the situation. I’m the mother of the victim! How am I expected to handle it by myself!?” Aimee wrote in a separate post.

The lengthy post continued to call out the Bus Director and her failure to do his duty to keep kids safe at all times and immediately report even the slightest evidence of bullying to the principal.

Since then, Aimee got tons of supporters following her story. Her supporters also shared their hurtful bullying incidents and urged parents to speak up and take action.

Aimee’s daughter is just one of the numerous students in the United States who were victims of bullying. Bullying is a nationwide phenomenon with research data to support that bullying in schools is real.
