This young prodigy received his first pair of tap shoes at the tender age of four, and by six, he was already moving like a seasoned professional.
In 2011, at the DC Tap Festival, Luke took the stage alongside his renowned instructor, Justin M. Lewis, and immediately captivated the audience with his mesmerizing performance.
