Pursuing your dreams doesn’t give you any limitation whether you’re young or old. If you want to achieve something, all you need to do is believe in yourself, show the right attitude and pray to God that you will be able to do things right as He planned. Whatever it is that you ask in the name of Jesus will surely be granted for as long as you believe and trust Him with all of your heart. Jesus answers prayer and if it is His will, it will happen as fast as a blink of an eye.
Barbara Peters has been dancing ballet her entire life and being a great dancer is her only wish. She’s an 80-year-old woman but she doesn’t look at her age as a hindrance for her to reach her greatest dream. She has all the energy and positivity in the world and it didn’t stop her from joining The Greatest Dancer UK. During her audition, the audience is given the chance to vote for the contestant and if it reaches 75% and above, they will be given the chance to proceed to the next round.
When everyone saw Barbara dancing, they were left in awe and the audience gave her a standing ovation. The judges were pleased of what they saw and they couldn’t believe that an old woman like her could give a very pleasing performance. One of the judges, Matthew even asked her if she can dance the waltz with him and this 80-year-old woman did not disappoint!
