After Dad Passes Away, Mother Records Emotional Video for Baby Boy and Gives Him Up for Adoption

At age 18, Hannah Mongie made a heart-wrenching decision to put her baby for adoption, and made an emotional video for the child during the 48 hours they had together. Now Hannah talks to Megyn Kelly TODAY about the experience, and is joined by the baby’s adoptive parents, Emily and Brad Marsh, who let her have a major role in the child’s life – along with little Tagg himself!
