Sam West & Ellen Taylor impressed the crowd at the 2017 Grand National Dance competition with their swing dance moves to the groovy beat of “Gonna Move Across the River”.
The grieving mother Trista Hamsmith said this kind of incident should not happen to any other family and urged lawmakers to enact new laws on child safety.
