Ukrainians Feed Starving, Surrendered Russian Soldier Who Breaks Down during Video Call with Mom

The news about the war between Ukraine and Russia spread like wildfire. Many are praying the two leaders will soon stop the fighting because it will only give the people no good, not only for the two countries but also for the whole world. Despite these instances, many people still believe that there is always a good side to a bad situation.

Recently, A video was captured and was uploaded on the internet with a caption, “Russian soldiers, surrender, Ukrainian people will feed you, just surrender.” In the video, you can see Ukrainians feeding a Russian soldier. The young fighter of war was seen crying while talking to his mother and blowing a kiss on her over the phone. Turns out one Ukranian offered to let the soldier use her phone to talk to her mother. This kind of humanity shows how people can still offer the gratitude and kindness of human beings.

A male voice off-camera is heard saying in Ukrainian: “These young men, it’s not their fault. They don’t know why they are here. The video captured the hearts of many and people all over the world are praying that the fighting between the two countries will stop. It was, later on, found out that the Russian soldiers are running out of food and fuel making them lose their temper.

“We’ve been here for three days! When the hell is it going to be ready?” one soldier shouts, as reported in The Telegraph.

God allows us to surrender our sins to him, and He expects us to forgive someone who has done wrong. This viral news is scattered all over social media. Knowing that the Russian soldier was sent to attack the Ukrainians, many people convey the situation as a leap of faith and forgiveness. Everything happens for a reason, so we believe that God wants us to stick and strengthen our faith.

Regardless of Ukraine being attacked, mercy and kindness remain as they helped the Russian soldier. The religiousness of the believers is often demonstrated, as shown in the act that some Ukrainians made. The conflict between the two countries tested people’s belief in God. But no matter what the situation will be, there is always a space in us asking for the gift of love and grace, which will help us spiritually.

I hope that this viral video leaves us the message of portraying the good in any situation. Humanity will always take place; only some people do not still dare to dispense it. One day we will be accepting the grace of Christianity as we value the morals and lessons in life. The scriptures affirm that our faith leaps us through God. In Isaiah 9:6, he said, “For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us, And the government will rest on His shoulders; And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.”

A miracle occurs in the conception of God if we truly believe and surrender everything to him. Time will come that this situation will no longer affect any of us, and people will choose to be understandable and kind and receive the abundance of the scripture in the holy life. One day, we will know that God is greater than facing a deadly war surrounded by sinful individuals who will then repent for his grace at the end.

Watch the video below to see the proof that there is still humanity after all.
