Sarah Kleinhans is gearing up to meet her birth mom and half-sister. As expected, she’s anxious for this reunion 50-plus years in the making. Sarah and her half-brother were adopted by family in New Hampshire, from Korea, when she was just a year old. All they had was a locket with both their mom’s pic and their baby pic inside.
