It is never easy for anyone to stand before a crowd and pray, most especially when the crowd is composed of people from all races and religion. We never know how others would handle it. It is for this reason that many people opt out of praying in public. Thus, we admire people, who have the courage to do so and one of them is PA State representative, Stephanie Borowicz. She was asked to pray in the March 25th House of Session day for this year. Since then, she has received praise and condemnation. It is noteworthy that she did not let the negative comments, which she knew would come, stop her from doing the prayer.
It is for this reason that we would like to laud her for stepping up. And Jesus also said, “Whoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven”. Yet, we do not see many coming forward in words and deeds saying they believe in Christ.
In this instance, Ms. Borowicz took the opportunity to bless America. To lift up her homeland to The Almighty, and to reiterate that it was God who began America. She prayed that it was God who made America great and that it would still be Him who can make America great once more. So join her in prayer as you watch the video below.
