Baily Bienieck-Phelps and her husband, Tim, recently welcomed their baby a little earlier than expected, on the side of Interstate 94 in Minnesota. Baily told Inside Edition Digital, “It really caught us off guard. We were not anticipating for things to happen as fast as they did.” The couple named their daughter Ariel, though the little one already has an appropriate nickname. “We keep calling her Storm, just because she came in like a storm, like it was all craziness,” Baily said.
