Every woman dreams of getting married to the perfect man of their life. It is a sacred ceremony where one will be facing God and promise to love the man that God gave her. One of the segments of the program during wedding is the father and daughter dance which is really heart warming. Mary Bourne Butts was a bit worried that her father couldn’t make it until her December 29th wedding. Her dad, Jim Roberts was diagnosed to have glioblastoma which is an incurable type of cancer. It was last May 2017 that Jim has been diagnosed with the illness but God made a way to answer Mary’s prayer.
Mary was so happy to see her dad during her special day. Jim was able to attend his daughter’s wedding and the most awaited part was witnessed by their family members and close friends who were also there at the wedding. Jim sits in his wheelchair but Mary still made a way in order to dance with daddy. It was indeed a very emotional dance of a lifetime knowing her father’s condition. Everyone inside the room was caught with teary eyes and their dance was so heart melting. It also caught the attention of the people on the internet when they uploaded the video which gained 400,000 views.
