My name is Sarah Jamieson. As you may have noticed, I am a singer/songwriter. I love music because it has the remarkable power to speak when words cannot. My dream is to heal and strengthen others with my music. I want to get to know you, laugh with you, cry with you, and everything in between because you are what inspires me and drives me.
A little about me. I’m human, I’m awkward, I make mistakes, and I have lots of insecurities. I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression. I’m a perfectionist. I’m far too hard on myself. I’ve failed terribly at things. And the list goes on. I’ve spent most of my life trying to be like everyone else. To fit the norm. To go with the flow. To not be the awkward, imperfect person I am.
But if I’ve learned anything from a lifetime of mistakes, it’s that who we are is enough. It’s time to take off our masks and be vulnerable.
