Man Celebrating Birthday Gives up His First Class Airplane Seat to A Mom and Sick Child

A mom couldn’t believe it when a stranger offered up his first-class seat to her and her 11-month-old daughter, who was hooked up to an oxygen machine.

Kelsey Zwick was traveling on American Airlines when a flight attendant approached her saying a man up front wanted to switch seats. She wanted to show her gratitude, but he disappeared afterward.

The post went viral and ultimately American Airlines identified the kind stranger, Jason Kunselman, and connected the two passengers.
