School Bus Driver Sent Letter To Parents Of Her Two Kindhearted Passengers For They Amazingly Did This!

Today’s generation is somehow viewed negatively by society. They are the generation whose lives are saturated by mobile technology and social media. Most of the values of today’s generation are the influence of what they see in social media which somehow caused this generation to be a generation prone to depression, loneliness, and anxiety. Aside from that, because of social media,  today’s generation have less time for face-to-face interaction with loved ones. They are kind of detached from the ‘real world’ and seem to not care about the people around them.

However, this generation is not a hopeless generation. This letter from a bus driver gives the proof!

Cindy Clausen, the bus driver, was shocked when she saw two students on her route doing something unusual to this generation. Most of the children their age will make fun of and will bully those who have a disability, but these children, contrary to other children’s responses, befriended the boy and made him feel included. Jaxson Blue, a boy with a degenerative disease that makes walking difficult, every day. Annaliese and Jorge have made it their mission to be Jaxson’s cheerleaders. They’ve asked to sit with him, offered to help him on and off the bus, and talked to him about his day. For Annaliese and Jorge this is a normal everyday activity. However, Cindy knew that this kind of values is surely taught nowhere but at HOME!

She felt compelled to write a letter to Annaliese and Jorge’s parents praising their children’s thoughtful actions. “I am compelled to write to tell you how beautiful your children are, inside and out! This can only come from the home, your patience and guidance, the examples that you set and teach,” Cindy wrote in her letter. “I know you know how wonderful your children are, but I wanted you to know that it shows!”

Love What Matters

There is hope for America. #LoveWhatMatters A Love What Matters Original Story Submitted by Cindy Clausen

This letter from Cindy really shows that we shouldn’t generalize today’s generation. There are still those who are raised in a family that puts premium in caring for others contrary to what this ‘selfie generation’ values. Annaliese and Jorge really show that there’s hope for the next generation. Let’s not continue to label them with a lot of negative things or to give up on them. Instead, let us teach them of the values that we want to see in them. As the generation who have gone ahead of them, we have a role to play! Let us invest in the lives of the next generation because they will be either 10x better or 10x worst than the generation that we have.
